Economic Vulnerability Support​

According to the data from Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government, Ankang Community has a high proportion of low-income households. From the perspective of "pursuing a better life", the residents of Ankang Community should have a great incentive to improve their income. However, in addition to residents with disabilities arranged by the government, a large number of families still live in Ankang Community with poor living conditions for a long period of time. There are many reasons behind this including poor concept of financial management, poor vocational skills, poverty trap caused by policies and so on. This subproject aims to improve the economic conditions and social status of residents through various collaborations, including hosting basic financial education lectures, connecting with local industry, community entrepreneurship counseling, policy inventory and initiatives, and so on.
