College students from NCCU design all kinds of activities for the mentally retarded so that the latter have a chance of stretching with people outside their social circle. These activities include: painting, handbuilding, Simon Says, and drama, and they take place in Xinglong Public Housing where the Children Are US Foundation stations. “There is no difference between us. We all enjoy frolic in this space and share the same passion,” one of our volunteers beamed in sweat after a workout.
